3. Liability & Utilities Disclaimers
Trip's Tree Service, LLC retains zero liability or financial responsibility for unforeseen damages caused to underground lines, unmarked irrigation channels, or septic systems not clearly indicated by the homeowner prior to equipment arrival.
4. Property Impacts
Heavy commercial trucks and machinery may leave structural footprints or turf compression. Basic lawn restoration is not natively bundled within core service proposals.
5. Cancellation Protocols
Homeowners must submit project cancellations at least 24 hours prior to field deployment to avoid incurring standard minimum service dispatch penalties.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
This document and all operational service agreements are definitively governed by the statutory regulations of the State of North Carolina.
